Southpaw Dance Productions will be a new charity, enabling us to deliver on our mission to express a joy in movement, to connect us, inspire our imaginations, unleash our belief in ourselves and each other, and catalyse participation in the arts and action in our wider society.
We want to build on our extensive track record of developing and delivering programmes of cross-artform workshops, events and performances, to explore new ways of connecting with audiences, catalysing new participation and inspiring the next wave of artists.
We are now seeking trustees – we want to appoint a Board that is balanced in terms of skills, professional experience and lived experience, and ensures that diverse voices have input into, and a positive impact on, our organisation. Prior Board experience is not required – we are more interested in people who will support us (and challenge us) to continually improve every aspect of how we work.
